Purchasing Information

Purchasing artwork is a personal decision and should be done thoughtfully and carefully.  To help collectors with this process, I have answered a few common questions.

WHAT ABOUT QUALITY?

All paintings are completed with archival materials on an archival substrate.  Whether it is a watercolor or an oil painting feel confident that whatever you purchase will be the highest quality available.  If you purchase a print, called a giclee (pronounced gee-clay), it is printed on archival paper or canvas-type substrate with archival inks.  New technology within the art duplication industry has perfected beautiful archival prints.  For more information, see What is a Print?

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase.  I will refund your purchase amount, no questions asked.  It is important to me that all collectors are happy and enjoy their purchase.  Any returns must pay shipping.

SHIPPING?

All paintings and prints are packed with care and shipped through the United States Postal Service. 

Payment Options

Several payment options are offered here, choose the one that best accommodates your needs.

PAY BY CREDIT CARD

If you prefer to make a purchase using your credit card, just click on the "add to shopping cart" button next to the item. 

When you are finished filling your cart, select the "view cart" button.  You will be sent to the PayPal website to complete your purchasing process.  PayPal is a secure website.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. 

Just follow the steps in PayPal.  After receiving notification of your order from PayPal,  I will send you an email.  I will then complete your order and mail it to you.
 

PERSONAL CHECKS

Personal checks that are preprinted with your current name and address are also accepted.  Once your check clears, your purchase will be sent.  Contact me to confirm your purchase intentions.  I will hold your purchase for you.

PAYMENT PLAN

A payment plan for your purchase is also available.  For instance, if you want to pay with installments, we can work out a lay-away plan.  Contact me and we can make the arrangements.
